Madeline Fetterly Leads Corporate Workshops with BGR Group
One thing I’m seeing more and more is businesses recognizing is that LinkedIn is no longer just an individual tool, but as an organizational asset. When leaders and teams show up thoughtfully on the platform, it creates visibility, credibility, and opportunity not just for them personally, but for the entire firm company
Last week, I was glad to spend the day at BGR Group to lead two different sessions throughout the day. Our sessions focused on just that: how to build a thoughtful LinkedIn strategy that builds awareness, credibility and influence in a way that connects the individual to the company and their broader audience.
This session was actually part of a new workshop I’ve been developing specifically for companies that want to invest in their teams’ LinkedIn presence and help professionals think more strategically about how they show up online.
We spent time talking about how to build clarity around what you want to be known for, how to translate that into content and engagement on the platform, and how to approach LinkedIn as a long-term professional asset rather than something you update when you’re job searching.
Always grateful for the chance to work with teams that are investing in their people this way. Thank you to BGR for the invitation and for creating space for these kinds of conversations and always so fun to be with the iconic, Jo Maney.
